software version 07 is available
just went to localvzwstore and the rep told me that the new 07 software is available. she did not tell me to much about the changes. but this is what i remember... updates and enhancements toHTMLbrowser. bluetoothupdates and enhancements. bluetoothecho fix forjabra350. keypad volume fix when set to off. allow user to customize shortcuts. there was more but i could not remember. sorry. got mine updated and it seems to workok...

I wish they would fix email one of these days soon. It still doesn't run on the front screen, and as I found out last night when I had to make a password change, there isn't any way to edit the account settings. If something changes, you have to delete and reenter. That's not a trivial task when it's an ssl imap connection with custom port settings.

I would love to know how you set up your ssl imap connection. My work email is imap. I've set it up & I cna access the email, but it WILL NOT send me an alert. (I have 2 other accts 1-hotmail & 1-POP3-they both send the alerts) Also, are there any other considerations if your email access @ work is via a network? Thx, any help would be great.

* Bluetooth echo fix for jabra 350.
* Keypad volume fix when set to off.
* Allow user to customize shortcut icons.
There was more about 2 or 3 more things, but I could not remember. sorry. Just got mine updated and it seems to work ok... Took about 20 Min...

dude, shes talking about version 5 those are all the changes for the version 5 upgrade, this is why you must ask for a man to speak to when dealing with technical information through customer service seriously

you are wrong " voyagerboy ". the new s/w is indeed version 07. and it is available now.
I just took another voyager in to the store today and had it flashed.
The new s/w should read as : VX10KV07.
The rep stated it was available as of 1-30-08

so, if i'm understanding this correclty, what are the enhancements to the browswer? Does anybody know? Also for the shortcuts, you said you can now modify them...does that mean you can now put ANY phone function in place say for example if i didn't want to have the mobile tv shortcut there and replace it with the NOtepad feature, could I do that? THanks! I"m definitely buying the VOyager soon. I can't wait!
