Motorola Z6c World Edition

does this mean that people from other countries can text you and you can text them? becuase i have friends in the UK because i lived there for 3 months and i can't text them from here. and can i make calls from the us to the Uk? thanks

This might be a dumb question, but when I'm in Europe, if someone dials my U.S. cell number, does it automatically go to my cell in Europe, with no international country codes or anything needed?

I was all set on getting this phone. I had my $100 off for every two and there was suppose to be a $50 rebate for the phone (like the z6tv) lowering the price to $79.

But then sales staff said "no rebate"!!! what a pain in the arse! I didn't want it then and they had to reverse everything it was brutal!

I despise Verizon... but I'm trapped by their superior network. ☹️

so i just got off the phone with verizon and they tlel me that i can take my CDMA phone to anywhere in the world and am able to talk and text from over there to the states as long as i purchase a plan and a fee of 9 cents per minute and recieving to. Can anyone verify that because i was told i need to purchase a world phone/global phone in order to be able to make calls and text.

Did any one get Mobile Phone Tools and the Z6c to work together? If so, how?

I bought the Mini-USB to Micro-USB adaptor (since I already had a Mini-USB cable that I used with the V3c & MPT). I updated MPT and am using the latest drivers. I searched the net, and found a recommendation to set the phone manually on Z6mm. However, it didn't take.

would this concept work in china, buy a local sim card to be used for out going calls much "cheaper" I think and then restore us sim card in for incoming calls thanks

That's what the 'tech support' guy at the verizon store said... i asked him about getting a 'prepaid sim card' when you're in another country (the cheapest option) and he said it doesn't work that way... He said you have to get the sim card from verizon ahead of time... He knew nothing about how to unlock the phone... and claim that it can't be done... 🙄

I'm considering getting the Z6c phone. I haven't seen it in the verizon stores yet but for those that are current owners... did you find the keypad to be really shiny and hard to see the numbers in bright daylight? Why did they have to make it shiny silver (instead of keeping it black like the z6tv)??? 🤨

So by now you've probably heard about the new Moto Z10 at this year's CES. Man that's a sweet phone! 3.2 megapixel cam, 3-6-15 pics/sec burst mode, 30fps video. Also love the banana bent design... it's quite ergonomic. Of course hoping and waiting for Verizon to come out with their version Z10c will probably take forever... So long question short, anyone know if Z10 will ever be released for Verizon and any guesses as to how long it'll take?

Anyone know how the battery life on the Z6c is? I know what the specs say but some real life feedback before I get one would be nice.

Hi. Does anyone know if I will be able to use this phone in Costa Rica? I checked on the Verizon global site and it did not offer the country name or a coverage map. I ordered the phone online today and I also purchased the SIM card. Thanks in advance.

is this any better than the z6tv in terms of call quality and battery life?
