Have you upgraded the firmware and how is it?
I really want to like this phone as I tried it out in a store today.
But I've read some nasty reviews of when it first came out.
Since then, I've also read some firmware updates have been released.

I've had it for 6 months now and i had to bring it in for the update. 1/2 of the time I like the phone but some days I want to throw it because the touchscreen can be a pain!! It will take me forever to hit the right button and then somedays it works great!

The refresh has solved this problem..
