the only thing that will stop me from getting this phone is the ability to send and receieve picture mail. ive yet to go play with the phone hands on to try this out.

One question, why are you switching from the Palm? Just curious. . .I have the Mogul, which I don't have MMS access, but I'm looking to switch due to technical/hardware issues with this phone.

i don't know i really like the palm but the gps don't work unless u have a separate device. and also i like the new phone it looks nice. 🙂

I was told yesterday by someone at Sprint that this phone is MMS capable . . .b/c it's not a PDA . . .it also states that you can send pics mobile to mobile in the User Guide if you look online from Sprint.com

Can you tell me if the Instinct can upload pics/vids to your Sprint online album (I forget the name of that service)? If so, that would be a HUGE plus for me!
