using backup assistant

Can this be done on a blackberry with verizon? OR do I have to transfer my contacts one by one?

Backup Assistant does not work with Blackberries. If you are transferring information from an older device to your berry take it to the store and they can do it. Once you have all of you info on the berry you use the Desktop Manager program to save backups on your computer.
