You can't. The reason it says you can download ringtones is because it's a service that is offered from your carrier. There are ways to get free ringtones, but you are really going to have to do some work to get them. Otherwise, you'll have to do what people don't like to do, and actually pay for them.

You have to use a desktop to do it.

its a long process the first couple times but then its easy and you will have no problems doing it.

first find a website. i use zedge.net. they have a lot to chose from. when you find the one you want

click get this tone.

click download to your PC

then start download.

it will save the file on your computer.

highlight the file and push control "c" to copy

go to your email. have a picture mail sent to your email that you can reply to. or for cricket its "your number" then @mms.mycricket.com

then attach the ring tone to the email

push control "v" to paste the link in the email. when you just use one it it doesnt seem to work

what you will have to do is go online from your phone to a site where you can download items for example funformobile.com once you click on download, of course nothing happens but go to your internet options go down to option 8 which should be titled "more" where it will give you a list of more options then the 6th option will say "save item" which will let you save either the song or picture.
