TMobile will not be getting Cupcake but you will receive an Over the Air (OTA) update (1.1 RC33) to your G1 between February 5 and February 15. It will take care of the following :
New Enhancements:
The ability to save a picture or file to the memory card from a MMS message by long pressing on the item.
New "Check For Upgrades" feature gives customers the ability to check for system upgrades.
New "Voice Search" feature allows customers to perform a search faster by providing quick access to a Google search box without having to first open an Internet browser and load Google.com
Known Issue Fixes:
Comcast fails to download more than one e-mail.
Error "Sorry! The application XXX is not responding".
Wi-Fi disconnecting forces...
