purchased 2 hours ago... cant connect to internet...
ok when i try to use something with the internet it jsut says connecting failed.. if i try to use msn or email i get error 10 or error 20
...
when you purchased it did you do the IVR or did they do that for you when you got it? (the IVR is the automated contract acceptance whenever you get a new phone)
after that is done you can txt and call but data services will not work until you have powercycled.

2. did you put on a medianet package?
and if all else fails
1. call customer service
2. take it back and try another, or try putting your SIM in another at&t phone to make sure the data features work on that as well

had the same problem with mine when I got it Monday...call AT&T and they'll have to take off your internet plan and re add it. Once they do that you should be able to access the internet.

I went to the MEdia Net icon - then to Favorites - entered the URL Address for my email server "mail.xxxx.com" and saved it. when you go back thru MEdia Net you'll find your favorite and when you press it you will be taken to you email URL. Then you have to type in your email address section before the @symbol and your PW.
What I would like to know is how can I enter in my address and password into the favorite URL field? What magic symbols do you uses? commas, dashes,slashes???
