and we all know iphone only sold that many items because of brand recognition. not because its a good phone.
so does it kill iphone if it does half the things better or is it a iphone co champ?
just like jordan shoes, i love them but they are not the best but they sure sell a heck of a lot because of the name.
The iPhone did not become the worlds leading cell phone because of brand recognition. It did it because it is an amazing device with an amazing interface. It has the single most advanced OS on a cell phone period. It revolutionized the entire industry because it was a stage ahead in technology and performance. Go to any IEEE, or other major consumer electronics convention, and try and find anyone that will not admit (sometimes reluctantly) that the iPhone is currently the best phone made.
Microsoft is also a hugely recognized name and their phones do not do that well.

i dont think verizon is the best, they might be but im with them cause it works best for me.
iphone is kinda like the ps1. it blew everyone away the n64 and dreamcast. then ps2 came out and it still won between xbox and game cube. well now look xbox 360 wins over ps3 and you have wii which is omg something different.
the only reason iphone is "king" is that everyone is copying them and not making something new ...
