BlackBerry Storm 9530
My feedback..some good, some bad but overall HAPPY
Here's my feedback on the storm. I've had the phone since 5 DEC 08 and have mixed feelings about it. For starters, when I received the phone, it was shipped with the old software and I downloaded it and installed the update with no problems.
On the second day on ownership, I inserted the phone into the official blackberry carrying case, and when I went to remove the phone, the power key and back buttons ripped off. I contacted customer service regarding the problem and they instructed me to the nearest corporate store for them to fix it or order a replacement. Both in store and over the phone customer service was great and I got my NEW replacement phone yesterday.... 😁
