Audio Output Quality
Many people say on the listening end that my voice sounds muffled. Apparently, this is typical of Blackberry phones -- MUFFLED SOUND QUALITY. Anyway to correct this? Enhanced sound adjustments don't seem to help.

I am having the same issue. I exchanged the phone and still did not solve the problem. Also the ear volume was to low for my hearing and had to set the default volume to the max level.
