Answering calls,,,, NOT
I do not get many phone calls on my storm but, when I do, I keep missing them. I hit answer, or I have tried hitting the green hard button to answer and I get nothing.. I keep missing calls. Anyone??????

i have some problems with pressing the touchscreen to answer, i use the physical button to answer. did you try this? it works for me.
on a side note, sometimes when someone calls me they dont here my ringback tones, not even a regular ring, its silient then all of a sudden they hear me say hello. anyone else have this happen to them?

Heard of this problem when the phone was released. I didn't even think that ringback tones worked at all with the Storm

rbt are supposed to be a network feature and not a phone feature, but that might explain why sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt.

yea, but i also heard that the storms not capable of ring back tones.. but ur right, its a network feature.. so i have no idea.. i dont use it, so im fine =]

I have the storm and it does support Ringback tones. it is a network things and any phone can do ringback tones if you set it up through the verizonwireless website.
When you log into your account on VZW website to go "Features & Downloads" then "Ringback Tones" then "Manage Ringback Tones" here you can purchase new ringback tones and view what RBTs are active.
You can even set a certain RBT to play at certain times of the day and different compilations (jukeboxes) to play on different days if you have multiple RBTs

I still am having trouble with my storm answering calls. It seems like when someone calls it gets confused and stops for too long then I loose the call. I have tried everything I have found online about this issue. I hit the send hard key when a call comes in and it still feezes up. I dunno...

Well, that is what they are doing for me now. The guy at the service center was awesome to say the least. They are overnighting me another storm tonight and hopefully the next one will answer calls a little better. I have to say if it does not. My marriage with the storm will be a divorce as this will be the 3rd storm I will have had... Then I will go back to a basic phone...
