I may be posting old news here but I just saw this for the first time on crackberry.
I was looking at accessories on Crackberry.com
(my second favorite site only to PhoneScoop and ehowa)
2600mAH battery, 90% more battery life.
Makes the back of the phone bigger, comes with the bigger battery door.
its "rubbery feeling plastic" sounds fine to me.
$59.00 smackaroos.
I think I need a bigger phone case.
Come to think of it, the standard battery has been pretty good.

Try the Seidio 1600mAH....More power reserve and same "foot print as the standard battery. You'll get to save the metal door and your carrying case without adding extra bulk to the package... 😉

Right, especially since I just ordered a blackberry branded case for my Storm a few days ago, it wont fit with an extended battery like that.
Oh well. Its nice to have the options though.
