USABILITY: Why can't light touch show selected letter?
When I am typing why can't I see the letter popup with light touch before I press screen all the way to get it entered? I think the iPhone shows it just above finger so you are sure you are getting what you want. Otherwise you have to press it and get the wrong letter pressed and then have to backspace to fix when missed (When you miss backspace complete mess begins). Such a small usability enhancement issue. None of these leaked updates have that needed feature. Although they did think to announce Storm 2.0 while 1.0 is still needing some [more] attention. RIMM ARE YOU THERE?

Storm 2 will have the same OS as what will be available for the original Storm at the time it comes out in the future.
Development has stopped within RIM on the 4.7x operating system and they are working on 5.x
No major leap forward as you would think the numbers suggest, just a few improvements here and there.
I agree the iphone has a nice setup for the keyboard. They still lack feedback when you type though via buzzing, clicking or whatever

I have a feeling that the next official release is going to be 5.xx. Since they just released info at the ces convention. That's probably why vzw is waiting.
