Samsung Messager II R560 / Vice R561

I return a bad samsung messager11 r560 around sept 6. i started calling METRO pcs online number and no one can answer my question of how long or who to call to get my refund.all cell phones that are return via the fedex return label goes to Texas and when i called them they said metro pcs respond only by emails. So beware do not buy phones from metro pcs online. I am still waiting for my refund....
