I was just coming to ask the same thing. This is the only thing I dont like about the phone is the alarm clock is so quiet. Has anyone found a app for a better alarm clock or know how to change the existing alarm to a differnt tone then whats showing?

I called customer service after the alarm failed to wake me up the next morning. Once you go into your alarm (where you set it), click on the type of ringtone that you want to hear. When that option is open, use the side volume control on your phone to turn the phone up to the max. This controls your volume, and you have to use it every night to reset the volume. I was really disappointed in HTC for not providing a manual with this phone.
