😢 I emailed my midi file (which is under 25 sec.) to my phone via myphone#@vzpix.com....the midi files begins to play but only about 5 seconds or so actually plays on the phone. The same midi file will play about 25 seconds on my PC.

I don't know what's happening. Any suggestions?

P.S. I trimmed the midi file on the Polyphonic Wizard software and saved it as a .mid file.

From the Email, it only plays a few seconds, but if you save it into your TUNES it will play the entire file.

From the Email, choose OPTIONS - SAVE - SOUND. Then go into Media Gallery - TUNES. Look for something with a name like AR1 or AR2. This is the file you just saved. Rename it to anything you like (OPTIONS - RENAME).

The reason it plays for 5 seconds is that the default Slide timer is 5 seconds. This is a VZW requirement. Originally the timer was set to 0 (play to end) but transferring the 0 broke certain transmission rules. % was chosen as an optimum you will probably find this on ,ost new phones. change the message settings for the audio slide.
