Is anyone experiencing the following problem? While talking on the phone the volume tends to fade up and down, and mute sporadically?

Please Reply if you know anything about this.

Sounds like you got the model for the hearing impaired. I would just bring it back, you have 15 days to exchange it

I seemed to have trouble getting the speaker lined up with my ear at first but have gotten used to the phone and all seems ok. If I had the phone pushed up alittle too much I got the experience you are describing.
