The only way I've been able to add bookmarks, is via PC - Mobile Web Companion Site.

Yes, I can bookmark websites for my cell with my PC at http://vzw.msn.com/
My Samsung T300 had an option to Add a Bookmark, but it never worked. I'm surprised that I can't do it from the 9900.
