Picture messaging

Anyone else still having problems sending or receiving picture messages? I've been trying since the 12th & I still can't send or receive pictures or midi files. I get a message that says Network Authentication Failed. Today was the fourth time I've called Verizon about this. Every time they tell me the network is down or the network has been down & there's a bazillion messages backlogged waiting to be delivered. (Slight exaggeration I know) Today she told me that the network has been in and out for a couple weeks now and I asked her wouldn't I have gotten my messages at some point while it was in & she said she didn't know if they actually deliver the backlogged messages or just clear them out. I go that exact message when I first tried to send a picture (10/2). I called Verizon an they re-setup the data access for the phone. I then had to power off/on the phone and do the *228 to re-program it. That fixed it.

If the person you get doesn't know how to fix this, hang up and call again.

Network is just fine. I just sent a picture to my phone from hotmail. No problem.

If you have a bundle package of Pix msgs, make sure they credit your account for all the time you weren't able to use it.

Thanks for the input. I'm sure that will help when I talk to them again. Whether they actually call me back, or if I have to call them, AGAIN.
