Banner and other things
can someone PLEASE tell me how to change the banner on the 9900? i cannot figure it out and i've been trying for 3 days now. also, how do you change the ringers for your text message inbox and voicemail? someone please help me out, it's driving me crazy. thanks!

The "Banner" issue has been covered in full in past postings. Just do a search and you will find the procedures and a link to the Howard Forum for specifics.
The Audiovox manual covers how to change all the ringers for all the alerts. It is to detailed to cover here but is very clear in the manual. There has also been many other posting on this to for tips. Again, a "search" in this forum will bring up the helpful information. You can use the keywords "Banner" and Ringer" and i think you will find many postings.

PS> Changing the "Banner" can really screw things up on your phone if you are not careful. If you do not know what you are doing, you may want to leave it alone. It is not a procedure that is covered in the manual or suggested by Verizon or Audiovox.
