The following is what I got from Verizon when I asked them about downloading pictures directly from the camera to my PC.
Can't belive this. He has the guts to tell me how I should use my own phone!

To me it looks like a fairly professional and kind response. The way he describes the intended purpose of the camera phone is also the only way I have ever seen such phones advertised, i.e., for quick snapshots on the spur of the moment that can be quickly sent with the phone to other phones or email for viewing. I did not see where any comment told you how to use your phone. It just told you what the feature is intended to do. A lot of cellular providers wouldn't have even responded.
