😡 IVE HAD IT! my contract expires in july...and im switching..i wanted to stick to veirzon i really did...theyve always had "the most" reliable service....but this phone crap is really getting on my nerves....had they had it out a month ago which is a decent expectation seeing as sprint has had it out for more than 3-4 months..i would have renewed with them gotten the phone and been happy...but this is just plain rediculous...and to tell u the truth...the network has not been as reliable as it used to be..ive noticed a steady decline in the quality of calls...the prices on the plans are nowhere near what they should be..and this is just hte final straw....Verizon Wireless does not deserve my business...and to all u other verizon customers ...

they're right...you will be back. Why?...Because you have a cell phone in order to communicate with others. If you live in Europe, than go ahead switch companies and get good coverage. But we are here in the US. The best service is cdma which means the best company is Verizon. I have had voicstream, at&t, sprint, then verizon switched to Nextel about 8 months ago and 3 months later went BACK TO VERIZON. Sure the cameras are fun, the bluetooth is convenient, the video streaming is cool and the colors are fantastic. But...when its all in perspective we all own a cellular PHONE. Thats the thing though...Verizon is dropping more and more calls by the second...the one thing they had was service...and that seems to be going down the drain..places where i used to get reception i dont...half the time i try to place a call it doesnt to through and i have to place it again....and its not like its my phone or anything..everyone i know with verizon has been complaining about the same thing....Can u hear me now? I dont agree that there service is getting worse, although they are becoming all digital which is causing vzw to become less reliable. Big difference, gsm fones for example will give you ****ty service and our cdma(vzw) fones will simply not work at all. Very rare that I get a dropped call though and even with no analog I still get service where others cant-Subways, buildings, tunnels. Understand the all digital is a factor but at the same time vzw is not taking away any towers that are already in place. Vzw is either gonna stay superior in the next 5 years and build up a real strong company blending in the gsm network like the samsung a790 or all the other gsm companies are gonna get there **** together and leave vzw in the dust-tuff cal...
