Asurion-VZW phone insurance company being sued

I recieved something with last months bill that said vzw has a class action lawsuit against Asurion phone insurance, anyone know anything about it. It said you have to send in proof of an insurance claim from the last like 2 years to be included in the suit.

After you do all that I think you get some kind of calling card while the lawyers make a fortune. There is an address on the slip, fill out the form and mail it back.
