the stores have the 9900 in stock they just arent allowed to sell them until sept 30th!!

Some do, but not all. I talked to a friend (from vzw) yesterday who said they too got the dummy, but has not seen the 9900 on the release date sheet. VZW gets confirmed release dates and when its on paper than they know its defenite. Im not sayin its not the 30th, im just sayin depending on where you live some stores may have gotten the stock.
