Samsung SPH-A680 / VM-A680

i live in canada and am under a bell mobility contract. my old phone broke so i nee a new one.

i am thinking of getting a samsung a680 video phone or the audiovox 8930 video phone. can someone tell me a little bit more about these phones so i can make an informed decition!!!!
