How can I transfer ringtones?

yes u can transfer mp3 ringers to the v400 via internet using a website called www.myphonefiles.com u can upload them there and then access the website with your phone and then download it. simple as that

You can also use MMS if your on cingular to send them from email to your phone. Sometimes its slow, but it works.
