Motorola V710

Okay, i tried to send a .midi file to my phone from my comp and it says PACKET DATA and says that for a bit and then the phone blacks out for a second and then has NO SERVICE for like a second or two. Its been doing this for a couple hours repeating the process every minute or so. I cant make a call because of the NO SERVICE thing that appears every reset. How can i prevent myself from getting the message i sent so i'll stop! I'm already on Phone #5 and not looking to go for #6. Thanks for your help.
