Motorola V710
EBAY 710
"I should have a v710 this week as well as a few v810's. The 710 will run you $800, the 810 $500. There is no release date set for these phones yet."
I think its funny. But sadly enough, people will pay these prices to have these phones early.

FYI I purchase a V710 from the guy (Brad) and he backed up everything he promised. I can promise everyone here to stop dreaming đ about a few weeks away for the 710. Mid to late summer until the general public will see them. Economics 101---- supply and demand đ
Either that, or you want to justify dropping eight bills on this phone, which is tough to do if it comes out in three weeks for 1/3 that price. đ More like Rationalization 101.

OK, now call up Verizon and say you bought a V710 on Ebay and ask them if they'll activate it. OR when you can expect them to allow activation. đ
Two things. First somebody bought a V810 off of eBay and got it activated. I already posted a link to a HowardForums.com thread about it. Second, look at the screen shots in this thread that shows an online screen to change the phone on your account.

You'll see the V710 on the drop down list so I guess you don't have to call Verizon to get it activated.
Second. Having just activated a phone yesterday (on-line) I never got a drop down list to choose from, they only required an ESN number. đ
Plus, calling Verizon and saying you bought a phone on-line (that isn't release yet) might give the curious some more trusted info on a release date. đ

Well when somebody puts up screen shots in a forum as proof of what they're saying, I tend to believe it. Yes I know pics can be mocked up with PhotoShop but why go through the trouble in this case. Also, if you read that whole thread, some people have gotten the online screen that you described, the one...

and yes, I'm sure if you actually have a real working Verizon-approved-ESN-number-printed-on-the-ba ck Motorola V710 then you can try and activate it on-line. If Verizon wants to allow V710s to operate on their system before being released to the general public then they will.
After all, it's not like Verizon keeps track of phones activated on their system. People activate stolen phones all the time and they NEVER know. đ

You know, if you believe everything you read on-line then I've got some lovely ocean front property in Arizona that I'd like to sell you, cheap. đ

I'm an idiot!! I have a T608 that says SPRINT on it and I use it on the Verizon Network. In fact, it has Bluetooth and I use it in my 2004 Acura TL. Isn't life great? F%$K Verizon.
I got an MSN number, programmed the phone myself, and called Verizon with the ESN. 3 weeks later, I stopped by the Verizon store with my T608 to say hello to my friend the Manager, and gave him and the asst. manager a DEMO of Bluetooth with the T608 in my Acura. They both gawked in awe. One said "Now I get it". NO, I replied, YOU DON'T! - If you did, there would be 5 phones from Verizon with Bluetooth, Microsoft Outlook, and tiny RAM cards, blah, blah.
So I asked them when is the V710 coming out -
"Duh, I don't know" (insert Ho
