That most likely means less than you think. The agreement says "Offer expires July 10, 2004 or while the first 710 offer packages last." and also, down the page says, "If, for any reason, this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Motorola, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Motorola reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or susp ...

Personally, I'd much rather have them sit on the V710 for a few extra months rather than push it out the door and release a fixed version a few months later (i.e. the T720 vs. the T730). Or, even worse, the v710 could have a bug that causes the phone to melt under certain circumstances. How would you like that? ;)
