No offense hettsey, but this is old news. If you would have read all the pages of this discussion, you'd have seen that many people already mentioned this. That date means nothing because Motorola had a similar promotion for the V600. That promotion was originally set to expire in March, 2004 and the phone wasn't released until April, 2004 so that July 10th date for the V710 promotion really doesn't mean much.
I really wish people wouldn't clutter this forum with stuff that has already been discussed or flame wars, etc.

Sorry, not tryin to be that guy. I've spent a decent bit of time on this forum, and never came across the old posts about that news...guess I didn't take the time to dig back that far
