Just a quick question which I'm sure was asked before yet most likely missed it. Which is better, the v710 or the v810? Is it worth waiting for the v810?

depends on your needs. The 710 will be the mother of all cell phones, and sized (and priced) accordingly.

The 810 is a tiny phone, that had it been released for X-Mas 2003, would have been a killer, but is probably at best a VX-4600 type small phone.

Thanks. I'm more the technological geek and I really want the Bluetooth capabilities. The only thing I don't like about the v710 is the size. It's like the t730 that I have now and I'm not a big fan of it. It reminds me of the first colored screen released by Sanyo back in the day and I did not like that phone at all. The only thing appealing about the v810 then it seems is the size because I loved the v60 when I had it.

Since you like the size of the V810 and you want Bluetooth, you might want to consider getting the V810 and this Motorola DC600 Bluetooth adapter which will work with the V810.

You'll see the V810 in the list of supported phones. It's supposed to come out on Monday and the cheapest place I've seen it listed so far is AT&T Wireless Accessory store for $40. Here's a link.

Keep in mind that it works with all kinds of Motorola phones, not just Verizon phones.

Why don't you read the thousands of threads on in this forum and make your own decision. Also you can go to the Motorola website and get information on both phones. No one can make the decision for you. LOL. They are both phones for different types of people.

Jesus BMR12345 what's your problem? Do you get off critizing people? If you do, whatever works for you. I'm just asking people's opinions. Part of decision making is getting other people's opinions and then formulating one of your own. Christ, you should learn to relax.
