I believe that you can go back to the VZW store where you purchased the phone and get a copy.
I haven't tried yet but I am going to make a quick trip ot the store sometime this week.
I'ts my understanding that You need proof of purchase price to receive a full refund.

That's what I've heard other people do without a problem so far.

That's what it states on the claim form. If you do not have your receipt you are only entitled to a $200 refund.

i bought mine at radioshack so i need to see if they will do the same thing. for the verizon store, did you have to go back to the exact store you bought it from or can you go to any store?

I went back to the vzw store where I bought mine last fall and got a duplicate copy of my purchase reciept printed out. No problem.

I bought mine at Radio Shack and I was able to get a receipt printed out for me. But I did have to go back to the original store. I was told that sometimes they can find receipts that old and sometimes they cant. I guess I got lucky!

BTW if you purchased your phone at Radio Shack you can get a copy of your receipt. I did today 🤣

Yeah, Radioshack Holds their receipts for over 5 years, jus thought i'd share that. it's a requirement at every celly transaction 😁
