Motorola V710
Question about settlement paperwork, please help
I originally sent in my paperwork for the v710 settlement then a few months later they sent me what looked to be the same paperwork that had to be in by March 3rd (I believe that was the date)
I never sent this paperwork back to them - did they just send this to everyone or did they expect this to be resent. Basically, if I never sent this back, am I screwed even thought I sent the original paper work in back in novemberish??

Sounds to me like you're screwed!
Did you recieve the first set from a Verizon mailing or did you download them yourself?
If you downloaded them yourself and didn't send in the second set you are most likely up the proverbial creek without a paddle.

I disagree. I think that if you sent in the paperwork the first time, regardless of where you got that paperwork, then you are on file and will be good to go. Our settlement packets should be arriving any day now (by mid april at latest) so you'll soon know if your included.

I would email this guy if I were you....he answers the questions about whether they received your paperwork or not.... wweinstein@whesq.com
