v710 Settlement Just About Finalized !
Final Hearings on the proposed settlement have been scheduled for January 17, 2006 (class members included in the initial mailing), and March 16, 2006 for class members who were included in the supplemental mailing. This website will be updated shortly thereafter, so please check back for additional information on the settlement.
So this means we have two more days until the last of this has been finalized. It's about time too. I'm on of the few that purchased this phone on the day it was released out of contract for about $450. I'll sure be looking forward to getting this check sometime.
