It's now March 21st and we have received nothing. This is getting a little (ok a lot) ridiculous. Even if VZW sent an e-mail stating that information would reach us in the next week would be nice. Has anybody heard anything at all ?

The settlement says 90 days from the Settlement date which was Jan for the initial group. So we stil have a month. read before you post. tired of these repetitive posts.

The VZW site states : Final Hearings on the proposed settlement have been scheduled for January 17, 2006 (class members included in the initial mailing), and March 16, 2006 for class members who were included in the supplemental mailing. This website will be updated shortly thereafter, so please check back for additional information on the settlement. I did read. If you're tired of these posts then don't click on them ya jag-off.

That is a great link. Whatever happened to the guys with the inside line on VZW that used to post on this forum ? Verizon has to be in the planning stage. They're about to replace a couple thousand phones.

All the information I'm getting comes from the guys over on Howard Forums. Supposedly Verizon is sending out our letters on how to get a new phone today. That supposedly comes from one of the lawsuit lawyers. I hope its true.

Now I would be lead to believe that would entail that the Defendant (Verzion Wireless) has approved the preliminary settlement agreement and is waiting for the final approval from the judge before settling the case.
Than again Im not a lawyer so I could be completely wrong
