How do I switch options?
My contract is up in August, so I have to extend from my remaining 4 months of my contract to two years AND I will only be reimbursed for the amount I spend on a new phone AND there are currently no good new phones to buy...

Not sure if you can any more? Wasn't there a deadline for the claim forms? Try contacting the settlement administrator and see if it's possible.
