LG VX-8000
THE BIG Question!
What do you people prefer and why? This phone or the Samsung A890??? Also, anyone know when the Samsung will be released?!

not sure when the samsung will be released. someone said the beginning of feb but no firm release dates. I will prefer the 8000. I tried the 890 for a few days (testing) and I personally don't like the UI of any samsungs. I am an LG fan because the UI is so straight forward and easy to use (and efficient). Little things like when I want to send a text message on the LG, i hit contacts find the name, options and send a message. On the samsung you have to go to text message, then find the name, and it's 2-3 times as many keystrokes.
From what I can tell, the 8000 has every feature the 890 has, and then some. No question in my book.

well, what kind of phone do you have now? What features do you use? Because "better" is a very opinionated word and has different meaning depending on who you ask.

Geez, my fault completely I meant bigger instead of better. So my original question was supposed to be: How much bigger is the 8000? Does it feel a lot bigger then the 890?
I am just talking size here, I know the 8000 is a great phone and I know LG has excellent UI better then Samsung.
