Does the 8000 have the Disco Call Alert Lights?
Can anyone who has the 8000 tell me if it has the call alert (disco) lights? If so, do you have the ability to turn them off?
I love the 7000, but these lights are totally unacceptable in a professional work environment. I couldn't turn them off even if the phone is set to silent for meetings.

I thought about doing something like that, but I hated to paint a new phone. But, I guess that's the only option.
I had the phone on my belt in a darkened meeting room where someone was giving a presentation. I wondered why everyone started looking at me, when I noticed the wall beside me was lit up with the multi-colors. It's always nice to be noticed in the workplace, but this is not what I had in mind. 🙂

Just put the phone in your pocket, face near your leg. Or put it on the table face down. Or put it in your jacket during a meeting, breifcase, etc etc etc.
