I believe you just type in their mobile phone # (10 digits) including area code in the TO: section. Try this see if it works.

Wrong, Verizon doesn't have anyone by the balls if you know how to work them like I do. I have so many problems with Verizon that every time I call up now and complain they give me some kind of credit to my bill to make up for their inconvenience. And my complaints are legit and I don't let Verizon get away with BS. And neither should anyone else. I already threatened to leave them for Cingular and even wrote a letter to the CEO of Verizon, Dennis Strigl. I have to be inconvenienced by hanging up and calling back and every time I get different answers to my same questions by all different reps that don't know diddly squat. Verizon obviously doesn't know how to properly train their employees. Not 3 weeks ago I walked into a store and had it ...

The whole problem with your statement is that Verizon does not care if you leave them for Cingular. They still get their early termination fee. As long as they are getting that, they don't care if you leave.

I dunno....just my opinion.

Well see, apparently what people are not aware of is when you change your price plan and go on a plan with a different promotion they are supposed to make you sign a new contract thus without a signature, the contract is null and void so there is no contract and so Verizon may have others by the balls but not me. Wouldn't stand up in a court of law.

I can see it now, Judge, I was put on a new promotion package with Verizon and they say I am in a two year contract and say they will charge me $175 early termination fee if I leave.

Judge asking Verizon where the signed contract is......

Verizon... Uh well you see judge we don't have one.

Guitar_guy leaves court room with greedy corporate's balls in hand..

😁 😁 😁

It would hold up in court because the fine print on your initial contract states that your contract will renew if you change promotions. At least mine does.

So now you ask why I haven't left Verizon yet? Well, I guess it's cost effective for me now getting all the credits added on to my bill it's kinda enjoyable walking out the store with a new make and model phone at their expense because they keep messing things up. Once I get sick of all that I will leave. 😁 😁 😁
