Probably some poor schmuck who couldn't either pay his bill, got turned down due to bad credit or constantly expects to get something for nothing.

Not sure what happened to their response but they apparently thought I was scared to change carriers and just from what they wrote they didn't like the fact I hated VErizon probabely an employee. IF that is the case I hate them automatically LOL

I think you have way too much time on your hands to start a site dedicated to how much you hate a company. Pay your termination fee and go to cingular. After your switch we will really hear you complain.

I worked in customer service for 2 years & I would constantly get customers making threats about leaving. I think they just want to complain. I did take the ones who had 3-month past due balances seriously of course...not.

HAHAHA Verizon's customer service is like an avalanche. it keeps getting worse and worse. I still am enjoying my free phones (any make and model I choose) And the credits to my bill. Once it gets stale I leave....

i've complained so much and I am sure I have cost the company enough money with switching out phones that they would love to see me leave but then again, they have caused me more aggravation than one can handle so the only way for them to say "we're sorry" is to upgrade me free of charge to any phone I desire and credits to my bill. Funny cause I never expected anything free all I ever wanted was great customer service and support and for the REPS to be competent and knowledgeable and have the right answers for me when I call in so they can resolve my issue like they claim "your problem becomes our problem the very first time you call?" That is a bunch of BS. Verizon is all talk and no action. So I'll just sit back and enjoy my free phones ...
