I know a lot of you out there don't buy the phone for full price even though your contract is not up. Can anyone give me tips on how to convince the salesman to give me the phone at reduced price so i don't have to pay 400 bucks for this phone?..thanks

I tried to get lower price after being with vzw for over 4 years but the best they would do for me was knock off $30.00 if i signed a new 2 year contract so i did.With tax and a leather case i walked out paying $402.00,now iwould like to pay the extra $30.00 back so i am not obligated for another 2 years,been having alot of problems with them and am thinking of getting a new carrier.I have had the 8000 since Feb 1st and Vzw dont even know when we are going to get v-cast in the Detroit area. Here's a good strategy...DON'T BUY THE 8000! I have the 8000 and don't like it and I'm putting it on ebay. Wait for the 8100 which is eveything the 8000 was supposed to be. It should be out by June.
