Phone shutting off at random..HELP!
I have had my 8000 for about 3 months now and it is starting to shut off at random. Its really weird and quite frankly pretty annoying. I am planning on going to VZN to get it checked out, but I thought i would see if anyone in here knew of any possible solutions to this problem. Thanks for your help.

Please let me know what they say when you take it in, im on my 2nd 8000... i traded the 1st, because it was shutting off. Now the 2nd does the same thing.

Every 8000 made will have this problem sooner or later. I had three and gave up. It is an issue DEEP in the software and VER 5 does not fix it. It is noticed most on the phones that stay on 24/7. Power cycle the phone regularly and the random shut downs will not happen as much (although they will still happen). Sorry for the bad news.
