Route incoming call to voice mail
the user guide states by pressing the side scroll key an incoming call will be ended (which should direct it to voice mail). which is exactly the way it worked on my 4400. what in fact happens is the phone stops ringing but the caller will hear the max number of rings before voice mail is reached. both, lg and verizon support state the phone is working as designed. anybody have the same concerns or ideas?

Where the user guide talks about ending the call, I think they meant a call that you have answered.
With the flip closed, it used to end a call with the side key on the 6000 too, but people complained that they were ending calls accidentally. I think that's why they stopped doing that in the 6100.
