Just got back from the VZ store. Rep said he got the new software yesterday and did not know anything about it. First store could not figure out how to download it, but went to another store in Beavercreek and they had me out the door in 30 min.Volume seems to be fixed.

I got my upgrade yesterday - took 1 hour to do. The new Software version is: T61VZV02. So far everything seems fine.
