Service light when receiving messages
This might have been already answered.. but when you get a text message or missed a call, why does the light always blink blue? or is it just set that way and can you change it?

The front LCD light color can be changed in your display settings. Menu->Phone Settings->Display Settings->Front LCD

I understand that you can change it, but when I change it, and I receive a text message or something it still blinks blue. ?? ☹️ My phone is gimp. Oh and when I change the service light to purple. I swear sometimes it blinks blue but then other times it blinks purple. Raaa!!!! ☹️

how do you get it to blink??! lol i dont care if its blue the thing is when i miss a call or get a message it doesnt blink anything. the only blinking that goes on is the service light. please help!

Hey! I have this phone too, and you can change the service light to blink diff colors but it's strictly blue for texts and missed calls It's kinda annoying, but you gotta take the good with the bad I like it cause I pick a diff color, then i know when it's blue i missed somethign!

Someone please help! I use to have the samsung s307 and now I just got the e317 and I cannot figure out how to get the service light to flash when I have a text or a new voicemail. My old phone would blink when I had a new txt and a new message and I've heard that the e317 does the same. I can't remember the settings to have the message light blink. Someone please help!
