Just got this phone one hour ago from UPS! Haven't had much time to play with it but my first impression, even with all the hype, is WOW. It is a beautiful phone! I've seen hundreds of pictures but with it sitting right in front of you, it's amazingly light and durable.
It is branded but I have to say I don't mind! It's on the back of the phone, very small and etched in without any color so I can't complain! Very bright inner LCD and brilliant color! Believe it or not it is thinner than I imagined. It came with the 810 headset, both chargers, the 90 degree usb connector, and both manuals! No data connect cable or case! But can't complain too much, it was FREE!

Since you have a branded phone (I am assuming Cingular), could you please pop in a SIM from a friend that is not from the brand of the phone and let us know if the Cingular world-phones are truly locked, or unlocked. I will be getting a Cingular V3, but would like to use it on ATT in Nebraska as we get great rate plans right now through my work. Also, can you post a picture or email me one of the branding on the phone?
