I've been a Verizon customer for about 5 years. It has not been a horrible experience, but it has been a bumpy road. Issues with reception, billing, and a one time shouting match in Verizon store with one of their sales personnel, prompted me to contact their corporate offices by e-mail, by telephone, by fax, and by letter ... all went unanswered. Time passes. So yesterday I have a message on my home answering machine from a Verizon rep who wants to "evaluate my billing plan to save me money and make me a happy customer". First time in five years these people have shown me anything other than annoying TV commercials.
