Will RAZR features work on AT&T?
I have a situation in which I may have to stay with AT&T instead of switching to Cingular, however, I still want to purchase the RAZR V3 from someone.
Anyway, the phone is unlocked, but will all the features (MMS, Web, and Bluetooth) work on the AT&T Network?
Thanks,
Scott

Hi Scott,
How did you determine the phone is unlocked?
Your answer is greatly appreciated!
I too would like to know whether the phone would and all of its features would work on the AT&T network.
...
By inserting an AT&T SIM card in it and it worked.

The phon works fine on AT&T. I'm using it that way today. Any features that depend on Cingular features such as AIM and Web access won't work as configured. I'm pretty sure most can be reconfigured to work with another carrier - I just have not had time yet. There are probably a few features that depend on Cingular specific capability (like shopping) that will not work with another carrier.

Good to know, because my AT&T plan is better than any Cingular plans that are available.
I have a local AT&T GSM Family Plan, For $59.99 that gives me 750 anytime mins, 400 promotional anytime mins (the promo never expires), u/l mobile to mobile, u/l n&w, and the extra phone costs $9.99.
Cingular offers 1000 anytime mins, NO MTB mins, u/l n&w, and the extra phone costs $19.99.
So Cingular costs me an extra $10 per month, for 150 fewer minutes.

I agree and mine is even better 99 dollars unltd anytime minutes no roaming or LD charges

How is it better? You mean your plan is better than the one that Cingular offers for similar minutes?
