the wirefly offer has now changed a little higher - it is 339 after rebate, but the upfront cost is lower - 389.99 with a 1 year contract. there is that 50 dollar rebate available after 6 months.
anyone know the scoop? better than 450 up front but 300 after 150 of rebates?

do u know if that phone will be warranted by cingular, cause the guy from the cingular store said it won't if u buy it from that website?

As long as the phone is brand new and if you get it from a web site as a new service, the provider should keep the manufactors one year warranty on the phone, because it's a manufactors warranty and not the providers warranty. 🙂
